WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Daily Deals/Drops items are non-returnable. Please contact customer service page for more details and instructions.

Daily Deal items are final sale, no exchanges or refunds.

No. Because each custom piece is made specifically for you, all orders for customized products are final sale. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items once the order is placed. We recommend double-checking all design details and spelling before finalizing your purchase.
